What is your shipping policy?

In order to ensure that the correct motor is purchased.  It is very important that you match the model number of the motor to our listing. 

To locate the model number on your motor, you will need to remove the blower motor from the squirrel cage.

The model number can be found next to the word "Model" and typically begins with 5SME, D344, or 5SBA.

Once you have obtained the model number, simply type it into the search bar at the top of our website to find your motor match.

How do I order the right motor?

New shipments arrive weekly, and the contents are only known upon receipt. Inventory is updated as soon as motors are prepared for shipment. 

For inquiries regarding Out-Of-Stock items, please contact our USA based, live and local customer support line 813-440-8108.

When are you expecting a restock?

1. Each motor is accompanied by a 21-day refund window and a 2-year warranty starting from the order date. 

2. To request a warranty or refund, visit our warranty page and submit the required fee.
