This manual is a step-by-step installation manual for your blower motor.  

Step 1: Uninstall your current Blower Motor (Click here for a Video) 

• Turn off the Main Power to the Unit

• Remove the Service Panel Door from the Air Handler / Furnace

• Remove Both Wiring Harnesses from the Motor

• Remove Squirrel Cage from Air Handler / Furnace

• Remove Bolts Holding Motor Support Legs to Squirrel Cage

• Remove Set Screw from Squirrel Cage

• Uninstall the Bracket and Legs from the Motor

Step 2: Unpack the motor and VERIFY that your motor model number matches the one you purchased from us. (Click Here for a Video)

Step 3: Install Motor (Click Here for a Video)

• Verify Power is Off to Unit

• Install Bracket on Motor

• Install Motor to Squirrel Cage

• Install Set Screw to Squirrel Cage

• Install Squirrel Cage in Air Handler / Furnace

• Replace Both Wiring Harnesses to Motor

• Install Service Panel Door

• Turn on the Main Power

Set the Thermostat to the Desired Temperature
